A good breakfast surprise

Waking up to the aroma of fresh pancakes and crispy bacon was a treat! The large shower and pet-friendly room.

The pillows didn't provide much support and flattened out quickly. We could have used a few more to make our sleep more comfortable.

The stuff was exceptional, accommodating.

I loved the quick walk to Metro Diner, which served delicious breakfast, and I enjoyed visiting the serene Bark Park for a nice stroll in the fresh air.

The room was modern, immaculate with large tv's. Central heating, multi-channel TV and a fridge turned out to be good. The location was marvellous in the middle of jackson. Also, the hotel was 2 miles away from Batey's Strawberry Farm.

Inconsistent digital key functionality!!! Parking lot lighting concerns!!! The room layout felt impractical, lacking drawers for storage!!!

Very noisy guests above made it hard to relax. Breakfast was amazing and the decor was modern and inviting.

I had a great stay! The large, modern shower was a highlight for me, and the soft, comfortable beds made sleeping a dream. However, the breakfast could have had more variety. it was mostly carbs.

The location was fantastic, just a quick drive to local attractions. The lobby had a fun vibe, with foosball and pool tables available. The breakfast options were decent but could use more variety. Some basics weren't always available. Fortunately, the cleanliness of the room was commendable, which I appreciated. Staff interactions felt friendly, although the breakfast area could get crowded and staff didn't refill items quickly enough during peak times. One area of concern was finding ants in the room. I reported it, and some action was taken, but it was disappointing for a $300 per night room. Another downside was the absence of a microwave in the room, which would have been convenient.

I really enjoyed the great breakfast that was always fresh and refilled on time. The king room was clean and cozy. The outdoor pool and relaxation area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, there were no drawers in the room, so it felt a bit cluttered living out of my suitcase 😊

I loved the bright and modern decor with a cheerful atmosphere throughout the hotel. The accessible seating areas allowed me to relax comfortably after my daily adventures.

We explored the local parks and hit up a great BBQ spot. The rooms were super clean, and we loved the 55-inch LCD TVs with cable to unwind after a long day. Definitely recommend for group trips!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The staff were friendly and the room itself was spacious and clean. Noise from the A/C unit and kids running in the halls made it hard to sleep. Future guests should ask for a quiet room and check for any maintenance issues before settling in.
